Parents initially complete an Application for Enrolment form, then complete a formal School Enrolment Form once eligibility for enrolment is confirmed.
Application for Kindergarten 2027 enrolments will open in Term 2 (from April 20 2026). If your child was born between 01 July 2022 – 30 June 2023, they are eligible for Kindergarten 2027. When you complete the application form above please email to hollywood.ps@education.wa.edu.au along with other documents as noted below. Applications for Kindergarten 2027, close on Friday 24 July 2026.
Similarly, if your child was born between 01 July 2021 – 30 June 2022, they are eligible for Pre-primary 2027.
A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport must be provided during the enrolment process. Students will be placed in the year of study corresponding to their age group. A copy of the student’s Australian Immunisation Register, available online from Medicare, is also required.
Evidence of proof of residency within the local intake area must be provided at the time of enrolment. This should include either a copy of the rates notice or lease/rental agreement, proving the applicant is residing at the address. The Principal also reserves the right to request a Statutory Declaration in support of claims made.
